i am going to speak about something we live with every day it is the thinking about the future here in Sudan we hear about so many students they finished their studies and they stay in the same place the Sudanese Government said there is so many places for how looking for a job and nice level of living but on the street we well find that people working in tax or like a taxi boy once i found one he working as a ” tax Boy ” really i surprised when he tell me he finished his study in Al Khartoum university and he is a doctor .
the world this day said if you do not have a certificate of anything that’s mean you are not going to live like other people or marge and may you well become nothing
but i said if you always tried to make a good live for you you well get what you trying to get
and so many people of the business men this day they start from zero with out certificate .

let us talk about medical care in Sudan what do you think about it ” it is going for good or bad ” i think it is going for bad there is no professional people in the hospitals in Sudan they do not know how they most to do with others like ill people ” i mean bad words and bad everything ” once i get sick and i go to one of the hospitals here i wait for a 3 hour in my place that’s mean if you in a series case you are going to die quickly .
we heard about doctors who forget their tools in the people body and they died after operation .
in our live if we want to be a good people with a good health we have firs to change our way in everything to better .

I sent you this messege to give you some info about my home sudan as you know we are here in africa we have a hot wheather not like you but we live in agood place no place like home you know that the live in sudan is too hard we all here live in the same way i mean we start in morning we breakfast as usuall then we go to our jobs or colleges we stay there for a oong long time after that you well be out of mode and you will face the full of trafic may you stay waiting for bus between 2 or 3 hours until you get your bed or home you are going to be half dead and it is become dark
Here is no time to play or hangout with friends just in friday you can get some rest with family

In the early 1800’s mechanical puppets were first built in Europe, just for entertainment value. And these were called robots since there parts were driven by linkage and cams and controlled by rotating drum selectors. In 1801 Joseph Maria Jacquard made the next great change and invented the automatic draw loom. The draw loom would punch cards and was used to control the lifting of thread in fabric factories. This was the first to be able to store a program and control a machine. After that there were many small changes in robotics but we were slowly moving forward.
The first industrial robots were Unimates developed by George Devol and Joe Engelberger in the late 50’s and early 60’s. The first patents we by Devol but Engelberger formed Unimation which was the first market robots. So Engelberger has been called the “father of robotics”. For a while the economic viability of these robots proved disastrous and thing slowed down for robotics. But the industry recovered and by the mid-80’s robotics was back on track.
USES FOR ROBOT
700,000 robots were in the industrial world in 1995 and over 500,000 we used in Japan. About 120,000 in Western Europe and 60,000 in the United States and many were doing tasks to dangerous or unpleasant for humans. Some of the hazardous jobs are handling material such a blood or urine samples, searching building for fugitives and deep water search. And even some jobs that are repetitive and these can be run 24hrs a day without getting tired. General Motors Corporation uses these robots for spot welding, painting, machine loading, parts transfer, and assembly. Assembly lines are the fastest growing because of higher precision and lower cost for labor
types of robots:
* Cartesian robot /Gantry robot: Used for pick and place work, application of sealant, assembly operations, handling machine tools and arc welding. It’s a robot whose arm has three prismatic joints, whose axes are coincident with a Cartesian coordinator.
* Cylindrical robot: Used for assembly operations, handling at machine tools, spot welding, and handling at die casting machines. It’s a robot whose axes form a cylindrical coordinate system.
* Spherical/Polar robot: Used for handling at machine tools, spot welding, die casting, fettle machines, gas welding and arc welding. It’s a robot whose axes form a polar coordinate system.
* SCARA robot: Used for pick and place work, application of sealant, assembly operations and handling machine tools. It’s a robot which has two parallel rotary joints to provide compliance in a plane.
* Articulated robot: Used for assembly operations, die casting, fettle machines, gas welding, arc welding and spray painting. It’s a robot whose arm has at least three rotary joints.
* Parallel robot: One use is a mobile platform handling cockpit flight simulators. It’s a robot whose arms have concurrent prismatic or rotary joints.
there is no possibility of finding robots in Sudan because there is no manufactures for produce the hardware and software for robots in Sudan also there is now enough money for it.

We would like to change the philosophy of “global health “by emphasizing the importance of health efforts globally. We need better define the discipline of global health.
In the past 100 years, life expectancy has been on the rise both in the majority of developing and developed countries. We are healthier today than we have ever been in the history of mankind .This improvement in life expectancy has been achieved due to improved prevention , information sharing , and global health.
Global health research and information sharing played a very important role in the eradication of Smallpox. As the result of this global clinicians, medical students today are not seeing any cases of smallpox.

lets say in our days i mean in this time we need so much help in any thing whatever if we younger or old every one needs help in his life but you are not going to fine this help from all or for along time it is will be temporary help may for one or two years .
i think we need these robots for anything we do i think it will be good for the old people cuz they need some one to stay with them to talk to them and serve them all the time .
so i think it will be great to get robots to serve us and take our secondary mission or jobs

A robot is an automatically guided machine, able to do tasks on its own. Another common characteristic is that by its appearance or movements, a robot often conveys a sense that it has intent or agency of its own.
History
. Machines and mechanization are the ancestors of today’s robots. The ancients started with things like water clocks and irrigation equipment. Later, windmills and water wheels turned gears and equipment to help produce a product. These ancient machines did tasks with or without human help. Industrialization made use of heavy mechanization to mass produce merchandise. In the 20th century, machines took some form of “intelligence.” They were able to work independently, solve problems and execute solutions. Cybernetics involved improving robot intelligence. Today, robots explore sea floors, wander inside caves, explore and study other planets and build cars.
Significance
Robots are increasing in number, type and importance for humans. Industry is exploring cars that could drive themselves. Designers are imagining military vehicles that could enter combat without human help. Companies are looking into robotic parts that will do basic home functions. Robots take over jobs from people, but they also create new jobs for professional groups of people who specialize in robotics.
Types
Industry robots make cars and other consumer and business products. A Cartesian robot has parts oriented left and right, forward and backward, and up and down. A cylindrical robot is a robot whose movement traces a cylinder outline. A polar robot’s movement traces a sphere in the air. One type of robot operates remotely but is controlled from another location. The Mars rovers, armed drones and underwater explorer vehicles are examples. Another type of robot goes into danger zones, such as a crater of an active volcano, or a cave used by hostile forces.
Benefits
Robots do work that would normally bore a human. Working under prolonged monotonous conditions could tax a person. A robot could do these tasks without the mental side affects. Robots are being used to search for and defuse bombs. They could also be used to investigate a car with hostile occupants. They’ve worked as part of military checkpoints. Human space travel beyond the moon provides other challenges. Scientists are grappling with ways to protect humans once they leave the Earth’s magnetic belt. Robots could operate in this area.

Cholera is a bacterial infection generally spread through water or food. It cases vomiting and diarrhea. In severe cases, people can die from a loss of fluid within hours unless they are treated. in my opinion the mercy killing should not be legalized for several reasons like :-

but in some cases where is no hope for recovering and the family members spend a lot of money and lost there time ,i will give up and say in this case the mercy killing will help.

Patient safety is such an important part of our health care system and it helps define quality health care. Keeping our patients safe is a challenging issue because errors and mistakes can and do happen. Error occurs “when a planned sequence of mental and physical activities fail to achieve the intended outcome and when this failure cannot be attributed to some chance intervention or occurrence” (Ballard, 2003). According to the Institute of Medicine, medical error resulted in as many as 98,000 preventable deaths per year; twice the rate of traffic fatalities and the estimated cost in the US could be almost 29 billion dollars (Wells, 2001).
Someone has to ensure operational systems and methods are taken to help reduce the likelihood that errors occur, but who is responsible for taking these proper measurers? Is it society, patients themselves, physicians, nurses, nursing professors, administrators, researchers, physicians, or professional associations? In the long run, all of these entities are responsible for making sure the patient has the safest possible outcome. nurses and midwives play an important role in implementing immunization activities at the district level and that their roles can be maximized by creating opportunities that lead to their having more responsibilities in their work and in particular, their involvement in early phases of planning of priority health activities. This should be accompanied by written job descriptions, tasks and clear lines of authority as well as good supportive supervision. The lessons from supplementary immunization activities, where the roles of nurses and midwives are maximized, can be easily adopted to benefit the rest of the health services provided at district level.
