MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINE
The adage that says we should “make hay while the Sun Shine” remain valid in all life situations. Students who do not heed this advice will have only themselves to blame. Doing the right thing at the right time requires planning which is often taken for granted. This is the case with many students, who bear that name only because they put on school uniform and leave home like others, every school day. Unlike the serious minded students, they are passive in class –a tendency heightened by the present population explosion in our school.
When I was in secondary school, there was a friend of mine. Her name is Zainab, who sneaked out of class without teacher noticed. she skipped lesson at her will, turned in poorly-written assignment and rarely made notes, her continuous assessment are usually far below average, she discontinued to put in an appearance in school until examination came knocking at the door, by this time she engaged in negative activities such as stealing textbooks and notebooks of our mates, which she read in hidden with a view to make up for lost ground.
At the eleventh hour, she started praying to her mother luck to turned the hands of the clock, increased the hour of the day from 24-48hrs or better, they should postponed the examination, but the diligent students says a different kind of prayer that “oh lord, let the day of reckoning come quickly so that we may demonstrate what we have learnt.
At the last minute of examination, Zainab sleep-walked into the examination hall not only ill-equipped and also worn out . But she do not lose hope, she thought there could still be a way out, that the invigilator might help or those who have worked hard all through the term might co-operate and let her reaped what she have not sown,
When the result is out, the diligent students succeed in the exam but Zainab failed, by that time she realized she could have make hay while the sun shine, that is, doing the right thing at the right time.

If I think about regulation my thinc I remember my neighbor Mona. She has three children the last children call hammed .he have three years and very onus .this child he very love belaying by toy. After month ago I see this child during he’s belay. This child setting in the floor and distribute a toy around hem. This child observe the toy (three group of toy Avery group have a specific color) and start to bold house contest of there floor by this toy .the toy’s color indicated to the number of floor. This child very intention to regulate this toys .he use long time. But early time he failure to regulate this toy rightly .but after long time the child saw I finish .and he became very happy. I observe Ahmad house I see roung bees in this house. I imagine this toy like my things. It defied into important thing, matter thing and small stuff. This thing is very clear but it very difficult to regulate.

New life
The lovely thing in her life is to listen to the music. She used to entertain her self just by listening music and reading novel. She loves her mother very mush and her family lived happy and quite life. Suddenly her family last early died. She loves her father very mush so, for that reason her life it completely change .she began to worship her god all the time because of her sadness. She stopped to listen to music, exchange it by listening holy Koran. She released that our life is limit and we must utilized our time.

In ones years ago there are two states near to each other, any one of them has a king to rule it. One of these kings is putting his site to occupy the state. He saw his power and armies; he wants the state to be under his .ruling. Because the other king was quality and his state is too big. One day he prepared his army and arranges his properties to be ready for war. He attacked the other state suddenly. That king was not ready but he prepared his army quickly to face the enemy. The war started and killed big number of soldier in this state, so the king evacuate to one of caves when he saw his soldier dieing. He scope there fore few days with few armies and properties. When he was sitting in the cave he saw a spider trying to get over the stone to build he’s house in every time she falls down but she doesn’t surrender she tried many time till she succeed to get over. He saw this spider and say: this creation is weak like me. She tried for times to get over without surrender, but from the first time I scope and I didn’t tried again .he prepared the rest of army and les property but with allegation and adamantly for victory the went and defeat the enemy and keeps on his authorities and increase his powerful.

‘Look at him,’ she said; ‘his beard is like an old mop; he shall be called Grisly-beard.’ So the king got the nickname of Grisly-beard.
But the old king was very angry when he saw how his daughter behaved and how badly she treated all his guests. He vowed that, willing or unwilling, she would marry the first man that came to the door.
Two days later a travelling fiddler came by the castle. He began to play under the window and begged for money and when the king heard him, he said, ‘Let him come in.’
So, they brought the dirty-looking fellow in and, when he had sung before the king and the princess, he begged for a gift.
The king said, ‘You have sung so well that I will give you my daughter to take as your wife.’
The princess begged and prayed; but the king said, ‘I have sworn to give you to the first man who came to the door, and I will keep my word.’
Words and tears were to no avail; the parson was sent for, and she was married to the fiddler.

Long time ago in ancient Greece, there was a man named Socrates who was highly knowledgeable and an esteemed philosopher. He was approached by a fellow one day. That person told Socrates that he has some information to tell him about his friend. Before he could even start talking about his friend, Socrates told him to take a test known as the Triple Filter Test.
The first test was the filter of truth. Socrates asked him if the information he had was the truth. The person said that he had just heard it on the way and was not sure if it was the absolute truth. The second filter was that of Goodness. He asked if the information was regarding anything good about his friend. The man said it was actually the opposite. The third filter was that of Usefulness. Socrates asked if the information was useful to him in any way. The man replied in the negative.
Socrates then replied that when the information regarding a friend is not true, good or useful, then why it should be conveyed at all. The moral of the story is that you may always participate in loose gossip, but when it comes to your friends it is just not worth it. You know your friends better than others. So you must avoid talking behind the back of your dearest friends. It only leads to strained relations and shows that you are not reliable or trustworthy as a friend.

small kid, he felt a little shy. He wished his mother would not tell those stories to her friends again and again.
Last week his mother’s old school friend had come to see her. They were meeting after 10 years. Ronit was just back from school but his ears pricked up when he heard his mother say in that goofy tone, “You know what my Ronit used to do as a baby? He used to think everything and everyone was a part of the Subramanian family. So he would call the refrigerator ‘frig Subramanian. And he would call the doggy that curled up on our doormat outside ‘doggy Subramanian’”. Ronit heard his mother’s friend say, “cho chweeeet” and he ran out of the house – without any lunch. “I wish mother would not do these things,” he said for the thousandth time.
That evening his mother showed him the toys and games her friend had got for him. One stuffed dolphin and a game of blocks. Ronit got angry. “These are kids toys, kids toys and games. I am a big boy now. My hero is Spiderman. That’s the toy I want for my birthday this year. Spiderman and the spray that makes the spider web.”
“Are you saying you no longer want your favourite stuffed toy – pepper the doggy?” Ronit’s mother asked. “I don’t want kids toys, I don’t want kids toys and games any more. I am a BIG BOY,” Ronit shouted. ‘Okay, okay, we heard you,” said his parents.
A month later, Ronit’s parents bought him a Spiderman kit for his eighth birthday. They bought him a Spiderman T-shirt and trousers, a shiny Spiderman toy and a glove with a spray bottle attached to it. “Wear the glove and then press the spray button. It will make a web pattern on the wall, Ronit’s father said. Ronit, and even his father, were so excited with the spray that they used it again and again to see who could make a bigger web! There was even a Spiderman cake.
After his friends left, Ronit opened up each gift package. Yesssss! He was a big boy now. He had got so many presents of toys and games and they were all for big boys. He especially like a Lego set that made a battery-powered robot, a snazzy car racing video game, and, best of all, a cool skateboard. Ronit went to sleep clutching the Spiderman. You see he had decided he no longer wanted his favourite stuffed toy, Pepper doggy.
As soon as his head hit the pillow Ronit fell asleep. He now slept in a room of his own. A room with sunny yellow walls. But until yesterday, he had gone to sleep clutching Pepper doggy’s ear. The softness of the toy always made him happy. But Spiderman was a metal toy. It was cold to touch. At night, as Ronit’s blanket slipped down the bed, the cold metal of Spiderman poked him. Ronit dreamt that he was being chased by icy monsters who were out to freeze him into a statue. In his dream he shouted for Pepper. Not finding Pepper, woke up screaming crying.
His mother heard him whimper and came rushing into his room. “I want Pepper. He is my friend. Big boys also have doggy friends” cried Ronit. Pepper has crept back into Ronit’s bed. Every night, Ronit and Pepper have a new adventure. In his dreams, Ronit sees Pepper in a Spiderman outfit. Isn’t that cool?

When I was a child, I didn’t have hair on my head, just some stubs.
I liked to watch my friends play. I would join them now and then, but I preferred watching.
Every day, we would see an old man walking by our playground, carrying an umbrella. He had big ears and a bald head. The moment my friends saw him pass by, they would shout, “Hey, deaf and dumb, what’s the time?” They told me that he could neither hear nor speak.
It was early evening. I was standing at the gate of my house, when I saw the old man coming. I was alone. There were no friends around to shout the usual words of ‘greeting’.
But how could I let this man walk by without saying anything? So for the first time, I asked in a soft voice, “Hey deaf and dumb, what’s the time?”
The old man looked at me. Then he looked at his watch and replied,”It’s five thirty.”
I ran inside the house and never shouted at the old man after that day.

in a small village called Chhoti Dadi. The small village had a small school. Everyday Kaku had to walk from his little hut at one end of the village to the primary school near the village well. On his way to school, he passed through green paddy fields, the village lake and the old Ram Lila ground. All his friends, be it dreamy Jhunjhunu, colorful Pinaki or talkative Tachi, did not like walking to school.
But Kaku loved the long walk to school. He had made a new friend on his way. Sun or rain, Kaku would walk to school. Kaku’s mother was very happy that Kaku loved school so much. She did not know about her son’s BIG new friend. Kaku had told no one. No one knew why he loved walking past the green paddy fields, the village lake and the old Ram Lila ground to reach school. No one knew Kaku’s little BIG secret on the way to school. Kaku wanted to keep this friend a secret. He thought his friends might make fun of him.
Every morning Kaku got up before the neighbour’s cock could bellow its loud and shrill cuck-a-doo-coo. Kaku would be ready in his neatly ironed blue and mustard-coloured school uniform, eagerly waiting for his tiffin box. As soon as he got his favorite rice idlis and coconut chutney, he would run out of the house. Kaku left home as early as 6:30 in the morning to meet his friend, whom he called Lal Hawa.
As he crossed the paddy fields, the soft chuk-chuk sound greeted Kaku. Kaku was happiest when he heard Lal Hawa coming. Kaku knew that he got the best view of Lal Hawa from a small mud hill near the village lake. As the chuk-chuk sound got louder Kaku walked faster. He knew the trick. He timed his running with the chuk-chuk sound of Lal Hawa. On every chuk-chuk of Lal Hawa, Kaku took a swift step forward through the paddy fields towards the lake.
Kaku knew the exact point when the red, speeding Lal Hawa would whistle. Now, with practice, he could match his whistle with the loud whistle of Lal Hawa. Kaku knew, Lal Hawa said, “Hello”, in her language when she whistled. Kaku whistled back, welcoming Lal Hawa.
He ran through the paddy field doing chuk-chuk-chuk-chuk-koooooooooooooo… As he reached the lake, in a moment, the huge engine came towards him. As Lal Hawa approached, a powerful wind started blowing. Kaku’s hair flew from his forehead into his eyes. His blue and mustard school dress fluttered, like a kite flying in the morning sky.
Standing on the small hill, Kaku saw Lal Hawa become bigger and bigger. In seconds, Lal Hawa covered the whole blue sky as it chugged towards Kaku. Kaku was jumping with joy. He clapped and waved as Lal Hawa chuk-chuk-ed past him. He waved till the very end. Small-unknown hands waved back from the windows of Lal Hawa. As Kaku eyes followed the red train, he saw small hands waving to him. He ran along with Lal Hawa waving back at the small hands.

Ok, so my story is very true. It happened to me about a year ago. My husband, son and I were living with my mother, and at this time my husband was out of town on business, so my sister would sleep in my bed.
Well since we are both scaredy cats we would sleep with the light on from the hallway and the door open.
One night, I couldn’t sleep and I remember it was about 2 or 3 am and I was just staring at the ceiling thinking about what to do the next day. All of a sudden, I hear little footsteps and I just remember a little boy, about two or three years old with black hair and very light-skinned walked into my room and peeked in on me. I remember I was just sitting face up on the bed and looking at him so he was staring at me and then he said ” Hey come here, come here” and he signaled with his hand to follow him so he started to walk out of my room looking back one more time, and walked out onto the hallway.
I was frozen in fear, this was the first time something like that happened to me. I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t even move, but to this day I think maybe I should have followed him? maybe he was trying to tell me something or show me.
I no longer live with my mother, she rented out my room and the woman who lives there now told me on the third day she was there that she dreamed with a little boy with light skin and black hair jumping on her bed and talking. And on another occasion she said she was walking from the hallway towards her room when she saw a little hand outside her door, as if someone was inside looking out but all she saw was the little hand and she panicked. The next day, he returned to the door and looked through the wide keyhole. This time, all he saw was redness. He couldn’t make anything out besides a distinct red color, unmoving. Perhaps the inhabitants of the room knew he was spying the night before, and had blocked the keyhole with something red.
At this point he decided to consult the woman at the front desk for more information. She sighed and said, “Did you look through the keyhole?” The man told her that he had and she said, “Well, I might as well tell you the story. The old woman could not cut more dry wood at once, so she gave him all the cakes.
The monkey took the cakes and started for the town, but on the way he met a dog which bit him so that he died. And the dog ate all the cakes.

Last year three friends of mine decided to spend a holiday in the mountains. After stopping for a quick cup of tea at a wayside café, they set off again along the winding road that led to the mountains.Tthey had a map with them and according to this village they were going to stay in was only about fifteen miles away.
It got dark not long after this, and it began to rain too, which of course made it more difficult to see the road clearly .After they had driven for about fifteen miles, there was still no sign of village. Obviously the map they had was not a very good one.
They went on for another five miles and then the car suddenly stopped. At first my friend thought that they had run out of petrol but, on examination they found that this was not the trouble. Something else was wrong wit the car. Since they could not start the car again, they decided to spend the night in the car, though they had very little food with them and there was not much room for three people.
Early in the morning, a car came along the road. They stopped the driver and asked him where the village was. He told them that it was just on the other side of the hill. They tied their car to his and pulled them to the top of the hill. After that there car ran all the way downhill to the village, where they found a hotel and had a good breakfast. Of course, if they had walked up the hill the night before, they would not have had to spend an uncomfortable night in the car.

MALARIA IN SUDAN
Malaria is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Sudan. Symptomatic malaria accounts for 20–40% of outpatient clinic visits and approximately 30% of hospital admissions. The entire population of Sudan is at risk of malaria, although to different degrees. In the northern, eastern and western states malaria is mainly low to moderate with predominantly seasonal transmission and epidemic outbreaks. In southern Sudan, malaria is moderate to high or highly intense, generally with perennial transmission. P. falciparum is by far the predominant parasite species.
Between the 1970s and the mid-1990s, malaria control efforts suffered major disruptions. Khartoum State, formerly a nearly malaria-free area, increasingly suffered from malaria epidemics, with more than 700 000 cases annually between 1998 and 2001.
In 1998, with the support of WHO, the government initiated a plan to revitalize malaria control. In 2001, a national 10-year strategic plan was developed; and was updated in 2007 for the period 2007-2012. In 2003, he Khartoum and Gezira Malaria Free Initiative was launched and a plan was developed for scaling up the use of ITNs including using communication for behavioural impact. In 2004, the national drug policy was updated to use ACTs and a national policy for control of malaria in pregnancy was initiated. During 2007-08 a successful pilot project for Home Management of Malaria was implemented in the South-West Kordofan Region. Using the experience of this project national strategy for HMM is being developed and will be implemented in other states. Malaria control programme has distributed more than 4.6 million LLINs till end of 2008.

in this way I tried my best to learn it . and developing my skills. first I studied grammar
very hard .I knew all tenses and phrasal prepositions so Ifound my self literate .
but there are some difficulties facing me about the words meanin so
I adopted different ways of explaining the new words or phrase and translation
included too .
