    We can eradicate the malaria by many method one of this is to kill the mosquito because the malaria cause by the plasmodium the second use the bed net is the most effective to prevent malaria the other method is to cut the tree and not but the dirty in the water other method the people use the treatment in the proper way the other method we tell about health education and community health and tell about the sign and the symptoms of the malaria to use the treatment

    3} educate patient about signs and symptoms of malaria.
    4} identify the causes& risk factor of malaria.
    5} educate the people to use net bed side before you sleep.
    6} the other methods apply the lubricant or moister for the skin.
    7} educate the people to cover sinks & use DDT to kill mosquito.
    8} identify the mode of transmission.
    9} educate the people when he feel with any sign hurry up to hospital to investigate it.

    Nursing in Sudan (past , present )

    Nursing in Sudan was not available in the past, or value & the form of study nursing is completely different for example: the student were studies in hospital directly by practice the job but doesn’t studies in form of theory.
    Traditional, the belief in Sudan about nursing is uncorrected , for example the family shouldn’t allow the girl to work at night shift , but now the nursing continue developed & the form of studies is two form (practical & theory ) , & the human belief is become developed about nursing .

    I think that the mercy killing should be illegal according to my opinion for several reasons .First, this ends a person’s who may be live normally and have a chance to recover again. Second, family hope for person lives lost . Third,reduce the strong family relation ship between family members . Fourth, right to life no found .     The main points of this program are:
    1-early identifying of risk areas for disease
    2-elinimante all sloughs to prevent fertilization of mosquito
    3-encourage people to use the bed net during sleeping
    4-spray insect sides to kill mosquito
    5-educate people about malaria and how to prevent it
    6- Apply a vaccination program.

    Malaria is dangerous disease can lead to sever complication and death. malaria caused by plasmodium transmitted throw the mosquito (anopheles) the mosquito inject the plasmodium in the blood the plasmodium affect the red blood cells related to this process the patient can safer from anemia and the plasmodium relies the toxic material affect the central nervous system and cause conveltion and may lead to death
    Malaria can be treated by antimelaria but the best method to reduce the malaria cases is prevention by avoid present the good environment for mosquito.
